Use of the site
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and must not submit misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or unauthorised vacancies or candidate information.
Vacancies
Employers submitting jobs confirm that the vacancy is genuine and that they have authority to recruit for it. NIM may review, refuse, edit for clarity or remove a listing. Employers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of vacancy content.
Candidates
Registration does not guarantee employment, interviews or a particular level of remuneration. Candidates remain responsible for the accuracy of profile information and for notifying NIM when circumstances change.
Matching
Any match score or recommendation indicates potential relevance only. It is not a certification of competence, suitability, right to work, safety competence or professional status.
Recruitment services and fees
Any managed recruitment, introduction or placement service that attracts a fee must be governed by separate employer Terms of Business accepted before the relevant introduction or service.
Liability
Final limitations and exclusions must be drafted for the actual business structure and reviewed before launch. Nothing should exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Governing law
Insert the intended governing-law and jurisdiction clause after legal review.
